Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to school department and/or manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
Candidates must:
1. ANSWER PHONE INQUIRES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER
2. MEET AND GREET PARENTS AND CLIENTS, LIAISON WITH STUDENTS AND TEACHERS
3. CREATE AND MODIFY DOCUMENTS USING MICROSOFT OFFICE AND AIMSI.
4. PERFORM CLERICAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ACADEMY PROCEDURES, ADMINISTRATION AND RELATING ACTIVITIES.
5. BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND WEEKNIGHTS.
6. STRONG INTER-PERSONAL SKILLS.
7. SUPPORT STAFF IN ASSIGNED PROJECT BASED WORK.
8. ABILITY TO ORGANIZE, PLAN AND EXECUTE INITIATIVES IN A TIMELY MANNER
9. HAVE THE ABILITY TO REMAIN FOCUSED, CALM AND PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING OCCASIONAL BUSY AND STRESSFUL PERIODS
